Physical activity can reduce the risk of falls and maintain your mental health. It also provides an opportunity to make new friends and interact with people from many social groups.

Try making them fun! Turn on the radio or your favourite music and spice up ordinary house work! In the fall or winter, rake the leaves or shovel the snow – and then jump in the piles!
